How it plays

1. Lay track

Drag from a Forest or Mine toward the Factory. Track costs $20 per tile — short efficient lines win.

2. Stations & trains

Drop a Station ($200) on track next to a facility, then dispatch a Train ($500) between two stations.

3. Grow the cities

The Factory turns 2 lumber + 2 ore into goods. Cities pay $60 per goods — and every star they grow pays 25% more.

FAQ

Is this related to the classic transport tycoon games?

No — Cargo Lines is a 100% original game: every line of code and every pixel is made for this site. It belongs to the same beloved genre of transport sims, but shares nothing with any classic title.

Can I lose?

No. Cargo Lines is a cozy sim: you can never go bankrupt — if you run low on cash, demolish track for a refund and rebuild smarter. The only pressure is the daily challenge timer, and that one is just for bragging rights.

Does it work on phones?

Yes — tap-to-build works with touch. A mouse makes long tracks quicker, but everything is playable on a phone.
